How to Delete a Word List in Vocab Loco

If you have old word lists you no longer need, don’t worry — cleaning up is easy! Follow the steps below to delete a custom word list from your Word Swap Pairs or any custom group.

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Go to “Manage Custom Word Lists”
   From your Vocab Loco teacher dashboard go to Word Lists then, click the tile that says “Manage Custom Word Lists.” (panel 1 in image below)

2. Select Your Word List Group
   Choose the group that contains the list you want to delete (e.g., Word Swap Pairs) and click “Manage Word Lists.” (panel 2 in image below)

3. Open the Options Menu
   On the list you want to delete (e.g., Lesson Three), click the three-dot menu (⋮) to the right of the list name. (panel 3 in image below)

4. Click “Delete”
   From the dropdown, select “Delete.” Confirm the deletion when prompted. (panel 3 in image below)
   ⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
