How to View Class Progress Reports as a Super User

As a Super User, you have access to a Reports section that lets you monitor student progress and activity across all teachers in your account — not just a single class. This makes it easy to get an overview of performance or drill down into specific teachers, students, or grade levels.

Step 1 — Access the Reports section

Log in to your Super User account and go to Reports in the sidebar navigation. The Reports page displays all available report types as cards. Click any card to open that report.

Step 2 — Choose a report

Each card represents a different type of data. Select the report that best matches what you want to track. For a general overview of student activity, start with the Summary Report. For specific data on assessments, vocabulary, or engagement, choose the corresponding report.

Step 3 — Filter by teacher, student, or grade

Inside each report, you can narrow the results using the available filters:

  • Date range — set a custom start and end date to focus on a specific period.
  • Teacher(s) — select one or more teachers to view data only for their students. Leave blank to include all teachers in your account.
  • Student(s) — the student list is organized by teacher, making it easy to find a specific student. Leave blank to include everyone.
  • Grade — filter by grade level to compare performance across a year group.
You can combine filters. For example, select a specific teacher and a date range to see how that class performed during a particular week or month.

Step 4 — Available reports

The following reports are available in the Super User Reports section:

  • Summary Report — a high-level overview of student activity and progress across your account.
  • Tests — word list test results, scores, and pass rates by student or class.
  • Grades Report — overall grade averages and activity performance.
  • Misspelled Words — words students frequently misspell, useful for identifying areas that need reinforcement.
  • Banked Words — words students have added to their word bank.
  • Mastered Words — words students have successfully mastered.
  • Game Coins — coins earned through gameplay and activities.
  • Badges — badges earned by students as milestones and achievements.
  • Word Swapper — activity data from the Word Swapper module.
  • Word Bank Review Tests — results from review tests using the student's personal word bank.
  • Writing Report — data from Writing Module submissions and scores.
