How to Fix Print Not Working in Vocab Loco

If you click Print All Lists and the circle just keeps spinning without downloading, this usually happens when something in your browser is blocking the file from being created. The fix is simple.

Quick test

Try logging into Vocab Loco using an Incognito window (Ctrl+Shift+N in Chrome).

• If printing works in Incognito → the feature is fine, and something in your regular Chrome setup is blocking it.
• If it still does not work in Incognito → reach out to our support team.

Why it happens

When printing works in Incognito but not in your normal browser, the issue is usually caused by:

• A browser extension (ad-blocker, PDF tool, or privacy add-on).
• A cached Chrome setting that has gotten stuck.

Incognito disables extensions by default, which is why it often fixes the issue right away.

How to fix it in your regular browser

1. Update Chrome

• Chrome menu (⋮) → Help → About Google Chrome → update if available.

2. Turn off extensions

• Chrome menu (⋮) → Extensions → Manage extensions.
• Temporarily disable ad-blockers, privacy tools, or PDF-related extensions.
• Refresh Vocab Loco and try Print All Lists again.

3. Clear cached files

• Chrome menu (⋮) → More tools → Clear browsing data.
• Time range: Last 7 days → check Cached images and files → Clear data.

4. Try again

• If it now works, re-enable your extensions one at a time to find which one caused the conflict.

Quick workaround

If you are in a rush, you can log in and print from an Incognito window. That is a safe fallback until you adjust your normal browser settings.
