Example: 8th Grade Word Lists

1. Spelling Lists (Challenge Words)

To view the 8th grade spelling lists:

1. Go to Word Lists > Word List Library > Spelling > Challenge Words.

2. From the grade dropdown menu, select 8th Grade.

3. You’ll see 32 lists containing over 500 challenge words.

From this point, you can:

• View words directly

• Assign the list to students

• Print worksheets for offline practice
  

2. Vocabulary Lists (Vocab Loco)

To view the 8th grade vocabulary lists:

1. Go to Word Lists > Word List Library > Vocabulary > Vocab Loco.

2. From the grade dropdown menu, choose 8th Grade.

3. You’ll find 20 word lists focused on vocabulary growth and comprehension.

With these lists, you can:

• Preview the words

• Assign the list to students

• Access pre-prepared lessons

When assigning lists to your class:

• Spelling → 32 Challenge Word lists

• Vocabulary → 20 Vocab Loco lists

This ensures your students get a complete year of spelling and vocabulary practice.

Accessing Word Lists for Other Grades

The same process applies for all grade levels. Simply select the grade you want in the dropdown menu, and you’ll find word lists tailored to that level.

• Elementary grades include foundational spelling and vocabulary lists.

• Middle school grades provide advanced spelling challenges and academic vocabulary.
