Book Taco and Vocab Loco both require ClassLink OneRoster rostering to be set up for SSO to work properly. There are multiple rostering options within ClassLink, and the setup must be completed by your ClassLink Administrator.
How to Set Up ClassLink with Vocab Loco
Step 1: ClassLink Administrator setup
The following must be completed by your ClassLink Administrator:
- Add the Vocab Loco app in ClassLink.
- Request OneRoster rostering to be enabled for your schools.
- Once the request is submitted, Vocab Loco will receive it and activate the connection.
⚠️ Note: If ClassLink is set up correctly with OneRoster rostering, all teachers with matching email domains will automatically appear in the Super User's dashboard.
Step 2: Assign teachers as a Super User
To assign seats to your ClassLink teachers:
- Go to Add Teachers in your Super User Dashboard.
- Select from the list of available ClassLink teachers that match your Super User's email domain.
- Click Add Teacher next to the ones you want to include.
- Once done, click Add Complete.
This allows your Super User to decide exactly which teachers will use the student seats from your plan — no extra setup needed.
