How to Share, Import or Move Vocab Loco Custom to Another Teacher Account?

If you need to share a list with another teacher or reorganize your lessons into a new group, you can use the Import Teacher Word List tool. This method also works for breaking up an existing group and moving selected lessons into a brand-new one.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 – Navigate to Your Word Lists
Go to Word Lists ➜ Manage Custom Word Lists.

Step 2 – Select Import Teacher Word List
Click the Import Teacher Word List button at the top of the page.

Step 3 – Enter the Teacher Email

• If you’re importing from your own account, enter your teacher email address (e.g., debra@vocabloco.com) when prompted.
  Note: If you’re importing from another teacher’s account, use their teacher email address.

Step 4 – Import into a New Group
When the Confirm Import Options screen appears:

1. Select Import into a new group.

2. Enter the name of the new group you’d like to create.

Step 5 – Clean Up Old Groups (Optional)
Once the new group is created and the lessons are imported, you can return to the old group and delete the original lessons if you no longer need them there.
