How to Add Teachers to Your Vocab Loco Admin School Leader/Super User Account

As a School Leader, you can easily add teachers to your Super User account. You can either link teachers who already have accounts or invite new teachers to join.


1. Add Existing Teachers

If a teacher already created their Vocab Loco account, you’ll be able to link them directly:

  1. From your School Leader dashboard, click the green Add Teachers button at the top of the page.

  2. You’ll see any teachers who already have accounts (e.g., Tracey).

  3. Click Add Teacher next to their name.
    They will now be linked to your Super User account.


2. Invite New Teachers

For teachers who don’t yet have an account (e.g., Jeff Kinney — jeffkinney@vocabloco.com), you can send them an invite:

  1. From the Add Teachers page, type the teacher’s email in the Enter teacher e-mail field.

  2. Click Next Step.

  3. Select Send Invite, then choose Clever Library (only if your school is using Clever Library to roster we also have Vocab Loco or Classlink SSO options)/

This will send the teacher an email with instructions to set up their Vocab Loco account. Because you invited them through your Super User account, they’ll automatically link to your school once they complete registration.


✅ Tip

You can mix both methods — add teachers who already exist in the system and invite those who haven’t yet created accounts.
