Vocab Loco is designed to make school-wide management easy and flexible. That’s where the Super User account comes in. Also known as the School Leader account, this admin-level role allows one designated staff member to manage student seats, create teacher accounts, and oversee usage—all from one central hub.
What is a Super User Account?
A Super User account is the main administrative account for your school. It’s usually assigned to a school leader, tech coordinator, or lead teacher. This account holds all purchased student seats and controls how they are distributed across the school.
Key Features & Responsibilities
As a Super User, you can:
Create and link unlimited teacher accounts
Add existing teacher accounts or create new ones right from your dashboard.Allocate student seats across classrooms
Each teacher account pulls from your central pool of student seats. For example, if your school has 80 seats and one teacher uses 20, you’ll have 60 seats remaining.Share one expiration date
All linked teacher accounts will inherit the same expiration date as the Super User account. This makes renewals simple and consistent across your school.Monitor usage and manage seats
You’ll be able to see which teachers are using seats, how many are remaining, and purchase more as needed.Invite teachers to self-register
Teachers can create their own accounts using their school email. Once they’re linked to your Super User account, their expiration date and seat allocation are automatically applied.
Why This Setup Works
The Super User account eliminates the need to manage individual teacher licenses or renewals. Instead, you purchase a set number of student seats for the entire school and assign them as needed. It's simple, scalable, and designed to grow with your school.
Getting Started
To set up your Super User account, just let us know who at your school will serve as the main contact. Once your account is activated, you can begin linking teacher accounts immediately.
