How Admin Accounts Work When Requesting a Quote for Vocab Loco

When requesting a quote for Vocab Loco, here's how the Admin account setup works — we've made it simple and streamlined.

One Admin Account Per School

Every Vocab Loco subscription automatically includes one Admin (Super User) account per school. This account serves as your central command center for managing the platform across your entire school.

The Admin can:

• Create and manage teacher accounts (as many as needed for your student seats)

• Invite teachers to create their Vocab Loco accounts

• Create new teacher accounts directly

• Link to existing teacher Vocab Loco accounts

Quotes Are Based on Admin + Student Seats

Your quote is based on one Admin account per school and the total number of student seats you need. You can add as many teacher accounts as needed to share those seats.

Example:
100 student seats = 1 Admin + unlimited teachers sharing those 100 seats

What If You're Managing Multiple Schools?

If you're purchasing for more than one school, each school will need its own Admin account. You can either:

• Submit a separate quote request for each school, or

• Need multiple schools in one request the quote form has this option
