How to Upgrade Seats or Request a Quote in Vocab Loco

Super Users can upgrade student seats, request quotes, and manage account access directly from the Vocab Loco Super Dashboard.

If your school or district needs additional student seats or a new Super User account, Vocab Loco offers two simple options.

Option 1: Upgrade Seats Online 

If you already have a Super User account, you can add more student seats anytime from your dashboard.

1. Log in to your Super Dashboard.
2. Select Membership from the left-hand menu.
3. Under Seats Upgrade, enter the number of additional student seats you need.
4. Review the updated total cost.
5. Click Upgrade Seats and complete your payment online.

Your new seats will be added to your account immediately after payment is completed.

Option 2: Request a Quote 

You can also request a custom quote for your school or district.

This option is recommended if you need:

• A formal quote for purchasing approval
• A new Super User account
• Purchase order (PO) support

1. Open the Membership page from your Super Dashboard.
2. Click Request a Quote.
3. Fill out the form with your school or district information.
4. A custom quote will be emailed to you for review and approval.
