A: Vocab Loco offers three convenient rostering options to fit your school or district’s needs:
Bulk Rostering:
You can upload a roster of students and teachers, and we’ll create the accounts for you. Just let us know if you’d like this option, and we’ll send you the template to get started.Clever Library:
If your teachers use the Clever Library, they can add the Vocab Loco app to their dashboard. This will automatically roster their students. You’ll just need to connect those teachers to your Super User account using the Manage Teachers tab.
The Vocab Loco app is available exclusively via Clever Library and not through Clever District. Clever Library and Clever District are two different methods of rostering with Clever SSO. When you roster through Clever Library, as soon as the teacher launches the Vocab Loco app icon, all students will be rostered. Teachers and students can then access Vocab Loco via the Clever Library Vocab Loco app icon on their Clever Library Teacher Pages.ClassLink:
If your district uses ClassLink, we can roster your students through that platform. Please ask your ClassLink administrator to send us an authorization request.
