How Super Users Can Add Student Lists to Teacher Accounts

As a Super User in Vocab Loco, you have two ways to add student lists to teacher accounts — either in bulk or one account at a time.


Option 1 – Bulk Upload via Spreadsheet

The bulk upload method allows you to quickly add entire student lists to teacher accounts at once.

  1. Open the Students section
    From your Super User dashboard, click Students in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click “Bulk Students”
    At the top right of the Students page, click the Bulk Students button.

  3. Use the spreadsheet template
    Download the template, fill in student details, and upload the file.

  4. Assign to the correct teacher
    The students will be added directly to the selected teacher’s account.

Option 2 – Log in to Each Teacher’s Account

If you prefer, you can log in to a teacher’s account and add students manually or via copy/paste.

  1. Log in as the teacher
    From your Super User account, locate the teacher’s name and click the Log In icon (box with arrow) next to it.

  2. Go to the Students section
    Once in the teacher’s account, click Students from the left-hand menu.

  3. Add students

    • Use the Add New Student button for manual entry.

    • Or, use the copy/paste upload method for faster entry.

? Tip: This option works best for small updates or when making changes to individual teacher accounts.
