How to View Student Results for Today, Yesterday, Weekly, or a Custom Date Range

Tracking your students’ progress in Vocab Loco is easy with the Summary Report feature. You can quickly check results for today, the past week, or any custom date range.

Step 1: Go to Reports

From your Teacher Dashboard:

1. Look at the left-hand menu.

2. Click on Reports (? icon).

Step 2: Choose the Date Range

At the top of the Summary Report page, you’ll see a Date range box.

• Click the calendar to select:

  • Today’s date (to see current day results)

  • Past 7 days (to check weekly results)

  • Any custom start and end dates you choose

Step 3: Optional Filters

You can narrow your view by:

• Grade level – Choose “All Grades” or a specific grade.

• Student(s) – Leave blank to see all students, or type a student’s name to see individual results.

Step 4: View Your Summary

Click Filter to update the report.
You’ll see:

• Game Coins earned

• Activity Points

• Banked Words

• Mastered Words

• Zoodle Minutes

• Classroom Badges

• Spelling Tests & Activities

• Vocabulary Tests & Activities

? Tip: This view lets you see progress at a glance — perfect for tracking short-term activity or checking long-term trends.
