When you transfer or create custom word lists in Vocab Loco, they are grouped together under the Teacher (Custom) category. If you’ve built multiple custom lists (for example, 34 lists from VocabClass), it may look like you can only assign all of them at once.
The good news: You can assign just one list at a time by using the Schedule feature.
Steps to Assign One Custom Word List (example if for a teacher word list)
Go to Word Lists > Assign Word List.
In the Type teacher Category dropdown, choose Teacher (Custom).
Select your Custom Group (this contains all of your imported or created lists).
Continue to Step 4: Schedule.
In the Schedule view, uncheck all lists except the one you want to assign.
(Optional) Set start and end dates for when the list will appear to students.
Click Save to finalize your assignment.
Key Notes
? All of your custom lists stay grouped together under Teacher (Custom).
? Explore Lists lets you preview all your custom lists, but only Schedule allows you to select which list is actually assigned.
? You can repeat this process for each class if you want different lists assigned to different groups of students.
Tip: If you’d like students to work on one list at a time, assign a single list now, then return to Schedule later to unlock additional lists when they’re ready.
