Vocab Loco Refund Policy

At Vocab Loco, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Here’s how our refund policy works:

⏳ Refund Window

• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

• After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.

✅Processing Fee

All refunds have a small processing fee to cover the non-refundable charges from our payment provider (Stripe):

• Purchases under $250 → $7.00 fee

• Purchases $250 or more → 3% of the original payment
  
  

✅How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (via Stripe/credit card). Most banks return the funds within 3–5 business days.

✅Example

If you purchased a $242.49 subscription:

• Processing fee = $7.00

• Refund issued = $235.49
