A: Yes. Vocab Loco offers refunds within 14 days of purchase, subject to a small processing fee.

At Vocab Loco, we want schools, teachers, and families to feel confident in their purchase. Below is an overview of our refund policy.

 Refund Window 

• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
• After 14 days, subscriptions are considered non-refundable.

Processing Fees 

Refunds include a small processing fee to cover non-refundable payment provider charges from Stripe.

• Purchases under $250 → $7.00 processing fee
• Purchases of $250 or more → 3% processing fee

How Refunds Are Issued 

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used during checkout.

Most banks and credit card providers process refunds within 3–5 business days.

Refund Example 

If you purchased a $242.49 subscription:

• Processing fee: $7.00
• Total refund issued: $235.49
