Sometimes you may need to make changes after you’ve already assigned a Word List — maybe you picked the wrong students, forgot to turn on a module (like the Spelling Test), or just need to adjust your settings. Here’s how you can quickly edit or unassign an existing Word List.

Step 1: Open Your Word List

  1. From your dashboard, find the Word List you’ve already assigned.

  2. Click Edit.

    • This will reopen the Word List setup process where you can make changes.

Step 2: Edit or Unassign Students

  1. In Step 2 (Students), you’ll see the list of students who currently have this Word List.

  2. Uncheck any students you want to remove.

  3. Check any new students you want to add.

? This lets you fix mistakes or adjust groups anytime.

Step 3: Edit Modules (Spelling Test Example)

  1. Continue to Step 3 (Modules).

  2. Here you can toggle modules ON or OFF.

    • For example, if your Spelling Test is disabled, switch it from NO to YES.

  3. You can also choose when the test is available (weekdays, weekends, or both).

? The same steps apply to Vocabulary Tests or other modules you want to adjust.

Step 4: Save Your Changes

  1. Move to Step 4 (Schedule).

  2. Even if you don’t want to schedule lessons, you must click the green Save button at the bottom.

  3. Once saved, your edits will immediately update for students.

Quick Recap

  • Unassign students → Step 2.

  • Turn modules on/off (like the Spelling Test) → Step 3.

  • Always Save → Step 4.

✅ That’s it! You’ve successfully unassigned or edited your Word List and updated the modules for your students.
